Basically this is a risk vs. reward listing. At 15%, it’s similar to a C or D credit grade listing with a sub-20% DTI.
So the question becomes:
Which loan is more risky?
AA-0-0-0 with 64% DTI
or
C-0-0-0 with 20% DTI
At 15%, both are endorsable listings.
